Physiotherapist

HammondCare Home Care is currently seeking a Permanent Full-time or Part-time in the Hunter region. Office located in Cardiff.
The Physiotherapist will be required to travel to see to clients living in the Hunter region which include suburbs like east and west lake Macquarie, Newcastle and surrounds and Maitland / Cessnock.

About Role
As a Physiotherapist (full-time or part-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing HammondCare Home Care, Clinical Care and Practice Team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.
This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic).
