About the role:
We are now seeking a dynamic and flexible Physiotherapist to join our fantastic Specialised Rehabilitation Program Team in a part-time (45.6 hours/fortnight) permanent capacity.
The Specialised Rehabilitation Program (SRP) is integral to supporting the safe and timely discharge of patients from Western Health inpatient wards and ensuring that recovery of all clients is optimised. SRP works collaboratively with the Rehab at Home program, providing backfill and support to this bed substitution program. Rehab at Home provides intensive rehabilitation to people discharged early from hospital.
