Physiotherapist

As a Physiotherapist (Full-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.
This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic). You’ll deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, consistent with the values and Mission of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
The current role is Permanent Full-time (1 FTE) in the South East Sydney region.

• Tertiary qualified physiotherapist, with current AHPRA registration and practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting...
