Physiotherapist (Neuro Outpatient and Community)

This role is for an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for working in a public health setting and close to the patient in the community and Neuro Outpatient space. We are looking for a person with experience in acquired health conditions, rehabilitation and/or frailty. We also have an opportunity for vestibular assessment and rehabilitation in our neuro outpatient space. The work can be tailored to the skillset of the applicant. 

As a physio working in our team, you will be working with patients with a range of age-related and long term conditions to reach their goals and maximise their mobility and independence. This includes equipment solutions, compensatory strategies, falls prevention and education and working alongside your colleagues to enable people to live their best lives.
