Job Description
- Responsible for managing all physiotherapy services and schedules to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction, whether at the centre or during house call sessions.

• Assess and evaluate patients' complaints and conditions, and provide appropriate consultation and treatment based on professional assessment.

• Ensure that all treatments are designed to relieve pain, improve comfort, and achieve mutually agreed goals between the patient and physiotherapist.

• Handle patient concerns by offering clear explanations and proper guidance, supported with accurate documentation to prevent any misunderstanding.

• Review and adjust treatment schedules as necessary according to the progress or changes in patient condition, and recommend suitable follow-up sessions based on patient response and capacity.
