Supervisory and Management
This position oversees the Pick & Pack department,
manages and supervises the work of all employees within the department,
provides vision and clear expectation to all team members, handles succession
planning for all employees as well as holding team members accountable.
Operations
From an operational standpoint, this individual will
take ownership of the operations by taking full responsibility of anything
within the department, ensure that all carts are filled accurately and timely
delivering a high quality according to client’s requirements; foresee needs or
problems that may arise and have action plans in place to avoid production
disruptions; communicate stock item needs to warehouse and place supply orders
as needed.
