ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Picks clients’ orders abiding by the process set
2. Replenishes and merchandizes products

3. Locates products based on the system warehouse data per SKU

4. Retrieves items from the shelves/pallets/fridges based on number, size, color, quantity, quality, and rest of the requirements, based on the app/platform

5. Wraps and stages items correctly for delivery

6. Coordinates with the Warehouse Controller in case of quantity or items discrepancy versus the system

7. Maintains a high level of health and safety standards

8. Assists in cycle counts, freshies treatment, expiry checking, stock take

9. Performs other duties as assigned
