Pig Farm Unit Manager — Dorset - £40,000 + Accommodation 

The Job:
Our client is a performance driven, family run indoor pig unit (1,100 sows; progeny to 7kg) seeking a hands on manager to lead a team of 4. You’ll own day to day operations across breeding, farrowing and weaning, drive welfare and compliance and use data to push continuous improvement. Automated wet feed and fully ventilated housing are in place, you’ll ensure SOPs are followed and targets are consistently met.
Rota: 12 days on, two days off, working every second weekend.
