Job Summary:

Katz JCC Pilates instructors provide high quality and safe Pilates instruction to multiple participants in a class setting. They are responsible for providing a positive, educational, and supportive atmosphere for their classes.

Job Responsibilities:

Instruction:

+ Lead group and private Pilates Reformer sessions, ensuring safe and effective workouts for all clients.

+ Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and individual needs.

+ Educate clients on proper form, technique, and the benefits of Pilates.

+ Arrives to class on time or up to 10 minutes prior to set up for class.

+ Programming should consist of authentic Pilates exercises and principals.
