Job Description
- Instruction: Lead private (1:1) and group Pilates classes for various fitness levels, focusing on core strength, posture, and body awareness.
- Equipment Proficiency: Teach routines using mats and apparatus such as reformers, chairs.
- Programming: Design safe, effective, and tailored exercise programs for clients, including for injury rehabilitation or specific goals.
- Safety & Alignment: Monitor client movements, providing verbal cues and tactile adjustments to ensure proper form and prevent injury.
- Client Management: Track client progress, maintain attendance records, and foster a welcoming, encouraging environment.
