Pilates Studio Manager

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Pilates Studio Manager with a strong background in Pilates operations ( to lead the studio's day-to-day performance.

You'll be responsible for studio operations, team leadership, member experience, sales conversion, retention, and maintaining high service standards in a premium Pilates environment. This role suits someone who understands the Pilates customer journey from first trial to long-term membership and can run a studio with strong commercial discipline and an inspiring, community-first culture.
