The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on R&D Pilot Plant Operator to support our Product Development team by operating pilot plant equipment and assisting with trials that bring new products to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and batch raw materials, operate pilot plant equipment, and support product testing
• Assist R&D teams to understand how ingredients and processes impact product outcomes
• Maintain, clean, and calibrate equipment in line with GMP and safety standards
• Support factory trials, waste management, and general housekeeping
