Job Description
**Description:** You will be the Pilot Vehicle Interface Design Engineer - Level 4 for the Pilot Systems Engineering (PSE) group – Advanced Development Programs (ADP) which is responsible for designing and delivering innovative pilot vehicle interface solutions for advanced aircraft.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Pilot Vehicle Interface Design Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for shaping next‑generation cockpit mechanisms and ensuring they meet mission needs. This is a non-flying position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching, designing, and constructing mockups of PVI mechanizations for tactical cockpits and presenting them to customers.
- Designing, simulating, and refining PVI solutions for controls, displays, sensors, weapons, and air‑vehicle subsystems.
- Collaborating with pilots, engineers, and simulation technicians to implement, evaluate, and document PVI designs.
