This full-time position involves collaborating with a Pioneer Territory Manager while directly engaging with local farmers. You will lead by example, providing trusted agronomic advice and implementing local trials that affirm product value. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the agricultural landscape through coaching and enhancing sales techniques.
