What you'll be doing

1. Answering incoming customer calls and emails, providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products and services
2. Documenting customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
3. Escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution

5. Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better assist customers
