Pipe Fitter

We are currently looking for skilled Pipe Fitters to support vessel construction projects for Incat vessels.

Pipe Fitters are responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing of piping systems onboard ships. The role involves reading technical drawings, measuring and cutting pipes, installing supports and brackets, ensuring proper alignment, and performing pressure or leak testing according to engineering and safety standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with shipyard, heavy industrial, or plant piping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and interpret piping isometric drawings and technical specifications
• Perform engineering measurements and material take-offs
• Cut, thread, bend, and fit pipes (steel, stainless, aluminum as required)
• Fabricate and install pipe supports, clamps, brackets, and hangers
