Pipe Stress Engineer

3D Engineering Surveys Ltd is a UK-chartered engineering surveying company specializing in laser-scan–based plant digitalization. We are seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to support an active industrial project delivered in AVEVA E3D.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for pipe stress analysis for the project. Outside of stress analysis activities, you will work as part of the project team delivering intelligent 3D plant models and drawings in AVEVA E3D, following existing project workflows and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pipe stress analysis and flexibility studies

• Check support loads and equipment nozzle loads

• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1 / B31.3

• Prepare stress calculations and reports

• Participate in E3D plant digitalization (piping, equipment, supports, etc.)
