**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced Pipefitters/Welders to join our team for new construction and renovation projects in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. The role involves working in mechanical rooms, specifically installing new HVAC air handlers. Candidates must possess significant experience in commercial pipefitting and welding.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan installation or repair of piping systems, including cutting, threading, and bending.
+ Lay-out, assemble, install, maintain, and repair various types of pipe systems.
+ Mount hangers and brackets as required.
+ Install valves, couplings, and other fittings.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
+ Soldering and brazing carbon steel pipe and copper.
+ Experience with Schedule 40 steel pipe, ranging from 2.5 inches to 8 inches.
