We're looking for a Pipeline Manager to support a high-volume Loan Officer within our team at USA Loans. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
Manage the entire loan process from application to closing
Follow up on active files to ensure deadlines and conditions are met
Communicate effectively with processors, underwriters, title companies, and real estate agents
Review documentation for accuracy and request any missing items
Keep records up to date in LOS and CRM systems
Provide timely updates to clients and agents regarding loan status
Anticipate potential issues and find quick, effective solutions
