Piping Designer (Vancouver)

Overview

Wood currently has an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Piping Designer to join our Mining & Metals business. This role will provide overall responsibility for Piping Design support on major projects within the Mining Industries. The position is located in Saskatoon, SK or Vancouver, BC and is Hybrid.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the layout, design and specification of piping systems and components for industrial plants related infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Layout, design and specification of piping systems and components.
• Generation of piping specifications and supporting documentation.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
• Management of multiple tasks and work independently within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
