Pitch Deck Designer – Full-Time, Onsite

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pitch Deck Designer who can independently produce high-quality, investor-ready pitch decks and executive presentations with speed, precision, and strong business judgment.
This is a hands-on production role. You will work closely with Project Managers and leadership to convert raw content, outlines, or ideas into clear, compelling, and visually elite decks, often within 1–2 day turnaround windows.
Key Responsibilities
Pitch Deck & Presentation Design
Design startup pitch decks, investor decks, sales decks, and executive presentations
Convert rough notes, outlines, and written content into structured visual narratives
Apply strong hierarchy, flow, and storytelling principles
Ensure decks are clear, persuasive, and decision-maker ready
Design Execution & Quality Control
