Pitch Project Manager

SUMMARY

You will be our pitch process & workflow advisor. Advise and support agency teams on pitch process excellence. Provide structure, discipline, and best-practice guidance to improve how pitches are run.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review pitch timelines and workflows and advise improvements
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
• Recommend best-practice pitch processes and governance
• Support version control discipline and review cadence
• Facilitate pitch check-ins and readiness reviews
• Primary key person for pitch documentation submissions
• Share tools, templates, and workflow standards (if necessary)
• Act as a neutral escalation point for process issues
