Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK.
We are currently looking a Pizza Chef to join a passionate, supportive, and successful dining team at our Pizzeria, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.
About the Role
As a Pizza Chef, youll be preparing pizza from scratch by understanding the working methods, fermentation processes and cooking techniques. Youll be responsible for the operation and organisation of the kitchen by setting daily production levels and guidelines and delegating to the team.
In this role, youll be managing the planning and forecasting of stock levels and orders, always ensuring compliance to all internal systems including SAP, and Workday. Youll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets.
