Pizza Maker (Full-Time) - Eataly Yorkville

Job Description

A Pizza Maker is responsible for producing roman‑style pizza alla pala in accordance with our authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Bakery & Pala Lead.

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a back‑of‑house production position
• Good work ethic, communication and time management skills
