Job Description

We are opening a high-energy New York-style pizza shop in Makati and are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker / Kitchen Lead to anchor each shift.

You will be responsible for pizza quality, speed, and kitchen leadership during service.

Responsibilities

• Stretch dough, sauce, cheese, and bake NY-style pizzas
• Manage slice production and whole pie orders
• Control oven timing and product consistency
• Lead the kitchen during rush periods
• Train junior staff on pizza and prep standards
• Enforce food safety and cleanliness
• Communicate with Front Counter during service
