The Regional Category Buyer is responsible for managing and optimizing the sourcing and procurement activities for specific Indirect Material categories within AGCO’s South American region. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings and process improvements. The Regional Category Buyer collaborates with cross-functional teams while establishing strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the best-in-class execution of category priorities.
