Placement Broker

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Broking team at Marsh. This hybrid role will be based in Melbourne, and will work specifically with Marsh’s leading Affinity Practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Broker wishing to demonstrate their strong relationship management and insurance marketing skills within an exciting dynamic business unit, with a combination of corporate clients, industry associations, and direct to consumer insurance solutions.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage the placement of existing and new business while serving as a key negotiator and problem solver in obtaining the most appropriate placements based on our client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, practice leaders, claims personnel and client service teams
