Placement Manager - Green Skills Sector

Location- Any Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad (Person Can operate any one Location)

The role supports a multi-state green skills and Electric Vehicle (EV), SOLOR workforce initiative, with a strong focus on industry engagement, placements, apprenticeships , and promotion of the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) .

Key Responsibilities

Industry Engagement & Partnerships

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with EV manufacturers, OEMs, Tier-1/2 suppliers, charging infrastructure companies, and green mobility enterprises .
• Enlist New green industries onto the NAPS portal across four states.
• Build strong relationships with industry associations, sector skill councils, and government stakeholders .
