Placement Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research and gather information about job fairs and relevant recruitment advertisements to expand placement opportunities.
• Work closely with educational institutions, employers, and industry partners to identify and secure job opportunities for students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to understand their hiring needs.
• Understand and assess the hiring expectations of companies to ensure the right candidate fit.
• Coordinate the entire placement process including scheduling interviews, facilitating job offers, and monitoring placement outcomes.
