We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Placement Specialist to support caregiver onboarding, scheduling coordination, compliance tracking, and facility relationship management. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while maintaining strong relationships with active caregivers and facility partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Hire Onboarding & Credentialing
Welcome and congratulate newly approved caregivers.
Review caregiver files and clearly communicate all credentialing requirements.
Follow up daily (or per agreed timeline) until all required documents are submitted.
