The Role

Overview:

• Champion all global Carrier Management initiatives, such as Strategic Trading data, BrokingPlatform, Strategiccarrieragreements, OperationalImprovementfortheregion including governance of facilities and panels.
• Build strong relationships with Insurer distribution colleagues and leadership within Insurance carriers in Asia and provide a ‘front of house’ role for Willis Asia
• Execute regional CRB Carrier Management strategy within Asia
• Work within project teams relating to Client priorities around Insurer data and engagement

Major Accountabilities:

• Co-ordinate integration of Global Broking and Carrier Management priorities
• Provide Insurer data and engagement structure for Clients in Asia
• Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market
