Boutique law firm specializing in Plaintiffs Employment Litigation is seeking a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney, passionate for litigation and experience taking cases to trial. Existing caseload includes Wage and Hour and Single Plaintiffs FEHA, primary needs in Discovery, Law and Motion, PAGA experience a plus; Defense experience welcome. This role will have substantive responsibility in all aspects of litigation from conducting thorough legal research, case analysis to developing litigation strategies.
