According to the monthly production and sales plan, the organization combines the master plan and production progress to effectively control and implement it to ensure the balance and continuity of production, enable efficient output, and increase the company's profit margin.

Be responsible for formulating the production plan schedule, analysing the production capacity load, and planning when the plan exceeds the production capacity to make reasonable and full use of resources to ensure that the shipment plan is achieved.

Based on the schedule for opening the new production line, verify the necessary resources (people, machine,
materials, processes, and environment) beforehand to guarantee the regular production of new products.

Responsible for production statistics, carry out load statistics on the workshop and balance scheduling of
production capacity to ensure production output rate.
