Planner / Assistant Planner

Job Description & Requirements

• Salary up to $4000
• Working time: 8:30am - 5:30pm, 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm (Can Choose)
• Work Location : Tampines (Near IKEA)
• Work Day : Monday / Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday ( Work from Home on Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
