Planner (Based in Meru) – Temporary (3 Months)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To monitor the planning comply to schedule date and daily updated.
• To translate monthly demand by daily production schedule.
• To ensure the material delivery by supplier or 3rd party on time against production schedule.
• To perform schedule material usage according to production schedule.
• To ensure the material enough with conform specification and quality for production.
• To identify material shortage and resolve problem to meet the plan.
• To evaluate supplier, delivery, quality, and material accuracy according to schedule.
• To create Item code for Finished Goods, Packaging and raw material and ensure it ready to use.
• To generate planning report accordingly and accurately.
• To perform record keeping and regularly updated for item creation as per BOM requirement.
• Liaise with other department to ensure the planning carry out accordingly.
