Planner Buyer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Maintain and update supplier and part information in the system, including onboarding new suppliers and ensuring accurate pricing, lead times, payment terms, shipping methods, minimum order quantities, and sourcing rules.
+ Plan and manage material requirements using Oracle WorkBench, including purchase order and production release, monthly forecast preparation, exception handling, and quarterly Kanban calculations to ensure timely supply and coordination across departments.
+ Oversee procurement of materials, including purchase order creation, supplier confirmation, expediting deliveries, tracking in-transit items, reporting on on-time delivery, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring suppliers have up-to-date material specifications.
