Planner buyer / supply chain specialist

The Planner Buyer is responsible for the creation, follow-up, and maintenance of purchase orders for direct materials, ensuring the timely and sufficient availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted plant operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the production plan to effectively secure materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
You will work in close collaboration with Production, Planning, Suppliers, and the Materials team, aligning sales requirements, production schedules, and supplier deliveries to ensure operational continuity, quality compliance, and cost optimization.
Analyze and interpret sales requirements and production schedules to ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate with the Production Planner to ensure the optimal utilization of materials.
Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure compliance with delivery time, quantity, and quality requirements.
