Planner cum Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain production and operations plans to meet customer and business requirements.
• Perform demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data; create dashboards, charts, and pivot tables for reporting.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, utilization, on-time delivery, cycle time, and productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process reviews to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Enhance planning accuracy, reporting quality, and decision-making through data-driven insights.
