Job-scope:

Project Scheduling & Planning

• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed activity sequencing.
• Identify critical path and key milestones.
• Develop master schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead schedules (2-week / 4-week).

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track site progress against approved baseline schedule.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress.
