Planner Executive

About the role

Responsible for production planning, JO issuance, PR issuance, parts receiving and administration job.

What you’ll be doing

• Generate inventory report, production report and delivery report on regular basis.
• Generate the job order for production run.
• Assist and support departmental purchase on indirect material by issuing PR to procurement department and follow up till the receiving of items.
• Coordinate with production on any stock / inventory count activities.
• Perform any other pertinent responsibility that may be assigned occasionally as required by Top Management or immediate superior.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 1 year experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of computer applications including use of the Internet, Word and Excel applications software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate ln a fast-paced environment.
