This position will provide support to the Value Streams in the planning process to insure timely and cost-effective delivery, to meet customer expectations and the needs of the business.
Essential Functions:
Develop manufacturing plans consistent with finish product demand, resource availability and inventory level objectives.
Perform production plan for the week, month and long term planning.
Complete S&OE information.
Create production orders.
Follow up production plans and request actions when needed.
Identify the need of inventory transfer between DC’s, Sub DC’s and manufacturing plant, follow up responsibles.
Schedule replenishments of manufactured finish products to CooperSurgical Distribution Centers.
Follow up transfer orders, production orders and keep clear communication between all the levels of the company.
