Accountable for:
Scheduling (Proactive Operational Planning)
Working Order Cycle
Reporting Productions Metrics
Communication & Negotiation- Schedule
Raw Materials & Inserts Inventory Supplies
WIP Management
Finished Goods Management
Supply Chain Performance Indicators Management and Improvement
Agreeing MPS requirements for Manufacturing
Printing & Publishing monthly MPS (four weeks before month)
Preparing monthly detailed schedule 
Day to day capacity utilization Supply Chain advice
Assuring Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Generation of Purchases Requisition
Assists in:
Determining 6-12 months line capacity
Capacity Consumption projection (CCU) (1-5 years)
