What are the Qualifications?
Graduate of Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
With relevant experience in the FMCG industry (experience in Pharma-consumer or Food & Beverage may also be considered)
Preferably with background in the Snacks category
With at least 5 years of experience in material planning or a related function
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
With working knowledge of SAP MRP; experience in SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
With solid background in project management
