Planner

Specific Duties:
Serve as a strategic resource for account, creative, and brand teams on smaller/mid-level brand assignments.
Co-lead the strategy development process with the Planning/Strategy Head.
Assist in generating insights for potential and existing projects.
Support new business opportunities.
Maintain a strong grasp of market knowledge, brand mechanisms, need states, and audience attitudes, preferences, and motivators.
Develop skills in identifying client issues and business problems.
Enhance skills in communications and integrated planning.
Participate in internal and external strategic planning meetings.
Conduct workshops and strategic working sessions with clients and internal teams.
Engage in brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
