Planner / Scheduler

About the role

R-II Builders Inc. is seeking a skilled Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring all construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to align on milestones and deadlines
• Identify and mitigate potential delays, proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers and leadership
• Communicate proactively with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve any scheduling conflicts
• Optimise resource allocation and utilisation to maximise efficiency
• Implement and maintain robust planning and scheduling processes and tools
• Provide training and guidance to junior planning staff
