Planner

1) To assist in training request to meet quality objectives.

2) To assist in on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary. On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee.

3) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

4) To assist in managing the purchasing processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.

5) Data collecting, analysis and update the relevant record to ensure production quality, safety & environment standards are complied with.

6) To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately.

7) Acts as a key contact for receipt and entry of new orders, change orders, and net change analysis from customers.

8) Execute the master production schedule and material requirements plan

9) Follow up delivery plan with Sales & Marketing department and coordinate with production floor.
