Experiência y requisitos
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations Experience: - 5+ years of experience in the following areas: Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain; Customer Services; Production; Quality; Engineering; Information Technology; Logistics or Planning.
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry desired Knowledge - Knowledge of an industrial entity processes and operations.
Technical awareness of manufacturing processes and indicators.
- Demonstrated ability with quality and continuous improvement tools (Process FMEA, Risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, 5W, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, etc.) - Knowledge of supply chain principles & tools; ERP principles.
- Project Management skills.
Practical experience with the management of complex projects.
