Planner/Scheduler

CONSTUCTION PLANNER/ESTIMATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in project estimation, quantity surveying, or planning in a construction or design & build firm.
• Proficient in Excel software particularly FUNCTIONS in formulas.
• Have experience in estimating residential or commercial and industrial projects based on working drawings.
• Have data resources and references of unit cost per square or linear meters of basic finishes.
• Can start ASAP.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scheduling

• Well-versed in identifying all construction activities and duration, and creating construction schedule with corresponding milestones.
