We are hiring PLANNING AND DESIGN ASSISTANT

As our Planning and Design Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Planning and Design Team by handling Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, permits, drafting, and coordination to ensure design, budget, and construction alignment for housing and land development projects.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Prepare, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and basic quantity take-offs for development and construction projects.
• Assist in basic cost estimates and monitor design-to-budget alignment during the planning stage.
