Planning Assistant

• Monitor and track progress of production orders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning and inventory reports.
• Assist in resolving scheduling or supply issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Support the implementation of planning tools and ERP systems.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements in planning and scheduling operations.

Job Qualification:

• Experience using production planning tools or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality management systems
• With advance computer technical skills especially excel
